Installation of LIXU AHA 7 series eddy current retarder outlet on Mercedes Benz 1721 coach
The AHA7 series products customized by Lixu for Brazilian passenger car customers have been successfully installed on the Mercedes Benz 1721 passenger car. The Mercedes Benz 1721 passenger car is a front engine passenger car with a total load capacity of about 17 tons. It is equipped with the AHA7200 eddy current retarder product, which has a braking torque of 2000NM and is installed on the passenger car transmission shaft.
After installing the eddy current retarder, it can bear the majority of the braking load during the operation of the passenger car, greatly reducing the temperature of traditional brakes on the wheels, ensuring that the wheel brakes are in good technical condition, so as to cope with emergency situations and harsh working conditions such as long downhills, greatly ensuring the safety of passengers and drivers on the passenger car.
