Retarder-related training sessions

From May 22, 2024 to May 24, 2024, Lixu Industry successfully held a 2-day special training session on retarder maintenance with the theme of "working together and cooperating for mutual benefit". Since 2023, Lixu Industry has held four training sessions on retarder related knowledge every quarter. The training sessions were personally hosted by the Chairman of Lixu Industry, leading the retarder technology department of Lixu Industry to explain Lixu Industry's experience and research and development technology knowledge in the retarder aftermarket for over 20 years to retarder service providers from all over the country.

Since the first entry of Voith into the Chinese commercial vehicle market in 2006, Lixu Industry has been involved, becoming the first service provider, supplier, and general agent of Voith Germany in China. In 2012, the 51 kilometer Yaxi Highway downhill verification was carried out, in 2013, the desert verification of the Tazhong Oilfield in Xinjiang, and the long downhill experiment of the 27 Highway at Dafengyakou in Yunnan were carried out with the hard work of lixu industry. Therefore, in 2013, the German headquarters also sent Mr. UK, the Application Technology Director, to Zhengzhou for a week of technical exchange. In the following years, the company fully participated in the sample vehicle installation verification between Voith and several major commercial vehicles in China, including FAW, CNHTC, and Dongfeng.

For the past 20 years, Lixu Industry has focused on the research and development, production, and aftermarket services of retarders. It has accumulated rich technical experience and knowledge. With the continuous expansion of the commercial vehicle market, there is still a shortage of professionals in the market for retarders. Lixu Industry adheres to the concept of win-win cooperation and shares the technology and knowledge related to retarders with commercial vehicle service providers across the country, helping major service providers better serve commercial vehicle users nationwide. The training content not only includes theoretical knowledge of the operating principles, component composition, common faults, fault detection and troubleshooting of hydraulic retarders and eddy current retarders, but also real-life demonstrations of the installation and operating principles of the deceleration period on the company's test vehicle, helping major service providers to have a deep understanding and learning of the retarder.

After two days of training, major Commercial vehicle service providers have all expressed that they have gained a lot, and Lixu Industry is worthy of being a leader in the field of retarder instalment in China.
